The ClickDimensions Health Check is a deep dive into the settings and utilisation of this powerful marketing automation tool with the aim of helping users get the very best from their marketing software. We often find there is a mixture of quick wins that can help users deliver better marketing almost immediately, as well as training and configuration tasks that will need to be addressed in time.
The Health Check service includes an initial fact-find, a comprehensive system diagnostic, complete with a detailed report and finished off with a one-hour workshop where we will run through the report and show the client quick wins and highlight utilization gaps and training needs. The report and workshop demonstrate to the client exactly how to get more from the features and tools, explaining how it will help support their existing marketing strategy.
There is a cost associated with this diagnostic, as this is a comprehensive piece of work, however, clients can use their managed service hours to pay for part or all of the Health Check.
