What you can expect with Rocket CRM

If you're new to the world of CRM and data projects, or simply new with Rocket CRM, you can be assured of a quality experience and a team of experts that do things properly and efficiently.

Step 1
Fact find

When you make contact us and perhaps following an initial consultation, we'll take the time to get to know you and your business. Identifying your data and CRM needs.

Step 2
Solution workshop

Depending on the size of your business and your exact requirements, we may recommend a Solution Envisaging Workshop. The objective here is to dive deep for more detail so we can deliver a solution proposal that fits the needs of your business or charity perfectly.

Step 3
Delivery

We approach the delivery of our CRM projects with the mindset of keeping things simple and adopting an agile approach to project management. We build out the functionality and then present this back to your project team for review. Adjusting until all parties are happy with the plan.

Once the system build is signed off, we then move onto migration and integration, and a again you can expect the same thorough approach of building, review, feedback, adjustments and then sign off.

Our approach to managed services

For projects where we begin with delivering our managed service to you once we have carried out the initial fact find, we move onto the discovery session where we take the time to get to grips with your system and your processes with key users.

After this stage , we can then formulate an action plan and recommendations to help you get the very most from your Dynamics 365 CRM systems
