This is backed up by SLA to give you confidence you’ll get a response within the timeframe you require. We also include access to our self-service portal, that includes our knowledge base to cover any how to type questions that you may have along with some documented fixes that can implemented by you, to speed up the resolution. To top and tail that, we provide access to our training video content. The training videos are broken down by function and are specifically designed to be short - no one wants to watch an hour video to see how to do something, so we typically keep our video content to less than 10 minutes for each video. To assist you in an ongoing capacity, we arrange a monthly call to talk about how you’re getting on, new features and functionality within Dynamics 365 that we think you can take advantage of, what help you may need or even just the next steps in your Dynamics 365 journey.

Backing all this up, we include a set amount of consultancy time. This gives you peace of mind that if something is not covered by break fix support, you have set requirements you need completing or you want to implement the things we've suggested in the monthly call, can be addressed using the hours you've accumulated.

Our Basic Self-Service package provides access to our training content. This gives you all that you need to get up and running with Dynamics 365. The training content covers a wide variety of topics, including basic functionality such as navigation, how to create records and using the Dynamics 365 for Outlook App.

The package also includes access to our knowledge base. These articles provide a series of how to topics as well as fixes for various common issues.

Both services are accessed through our Rocket CRM portal.
