To assist you in an ongoing capacity, we arrange a regular call to talk to you about how you’re getting on, new features and functionality within Dynamics 365 that we think you can take advantage of, what help you may need or even just the next steps in your Dynamics 365 journey.
Backing all this up, we include a set amount of consultancy time. This gives you peace of mind that if something is not covered by break fix support, you have set requirements you need completing or you want to implement the things we've suggested in the monthly call, can be addressed using the hours you've accumulated.
