Our small but mighty team are a group of really smart and pleasant individuals. Thanks to their hard work, we’re experiencing a period of expansion, so we thought it would be a good time to begin introducing our current team members, especially as we’ve welcomed some new clients in recent months.
So this month, we shine the spotlight on Iain Wicks; many of you will likely have spoken with Iain or be in regular contact. As co-director, Iain is an absolute CRM whizz and has been working in the industry since the days of Goldmine, a longggg time ago and his experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 spans 15 years. So, he knows a thing or two about the Dynamics 365 and Power Apps ecosystem.
He is the brainchild of Rocket CRM’s strapline, ‘making CRM simple’, which was born from his desire and ability to make the complexity of CRM software simple to understand, implement and manage. Anyone who’s had the pleasure of receiving advice from Iain will testify to his positive and logical approach to system management and data.
Before being a data systems king, Iain was a chef and remains a big foodie, enjoying delicious Spanish food and good wine, whenever the opportunity arises.
And, at the weekends, Iain is a real social butterfly, enjoying life to the full. You may be surprised to read that he is also a big fan of Strictly Come Dancing and recently remarked how excited he is for the new season to begin. Aren’t we all?!
Born in January, he is an Aquarius, and I am sure Iain would agree with what Google says about his star sign: ‘Aquarius people are advanced, self-reliant, clever, exceptional, and optimistic’. To quote Iain word-by-word, this is in addition to being “Fun, handsome, clever etc…”.
