Client update: Support during the festive break

The festive season is almost upon us, so we will be downing tools and taking a well-deserved break over Christmas. However, we will be available some days to ensure continuity for our managed service clients.


Our office will be closed on the 25th and 26th of December and the 1st of January.

We are still contactable for support queries between 9:00 am and 5.30 pm from Wednesday, 27th, to Friday, 29th of December.

Managed support clients can email us at and one of the team will be in touch.

The team will return on Tuesday, the 2nd of January, when usual hours and client support will commence.
