This Health Check is designed for existing ClickDimensions users who know they could be utilising this software better but aren’t sure how to get more out of it.
If you are frustrated with your ClickDimensions software, then it is likely that you are underutilising its powerful features. It may also be the case that it is incorrectly configured and not aligned to your marketing goals.

Initial fact-find
The ClickDimensions Health Check begins with a fact-find session, where we discuss any immediate issues and frustrations you may be facing.
This may highlight training needs and we can begin to understand how we can align the system to your marketing goals.
The more we discover at this stage the more we are able to tailor the configurations and settings to your marketing goals.
ClickDimensions Diagnostic
The Health Check involves a comprehensive diagnostic of your ClickDimensions system, where a ClickDimensions specialist will look at your settings, configurations and tool usage to see how you can get more from the features.
Essentially, we’ll go through the system with a fine-tooth comb to ensure everything is configured correctly, up-to-date and that current best practices are being employed.
This Health Check will be applied to one production environment only.


Comprehensive report
The physical output of this diagnostic is a detailed report on every aspect of the check. This report details the existing and or, missing settings and any changes or additions made.
We also include a section of recommended actions that could be made which fall outside the scope of this Health Check.
You can then choose to activate some or all of these changes with our support using your managed service hours. Otherwise, these will be delivered on a project basis and priced accordingly to the scope of works and time taken to complete.
A 1 hour workshop
Also included is a one hour workshop where we’ll discuss:
What functionality is currently being used and where and how it could be better utilised.
Which tools are being utilised and how you could apply them.
Whether ClickDimensions is aligned well with your marketing plans.

The ClickDimensions Health Check is charged at £850 + VAT and includes:

This is payable in advance or if you are an existing client, you may use your managed hours to cover part or all this cost.
