We’re kicking off 2023 with a fundraising challenge!
After all of the chocolates, booze and delicious goodies troughed over Christmas, we decided a fitness challenge in aid of a fantastic cause would be a good way to get us more active and fitness-focused.
We have joined the Doddie Aid fundraiser and set our own individual fitness challenges by running, walking, cycling and dancing our way to our goal.
But we’d like more people involved, and we are inviting clients to join our league, the ‘Rocket CRM Rocketeers’ to help raise funds for research into Motor Neurones Disease.
Doddie Aid is a mass participation event, founded by former Scotland captain and British and Irish Lion, Rob Wainwright, to raise funds to help find a cure for Motor Neuron Disease. Over the last two years has seen over 30,000 participants cover 4 million miles and raise over £2 million for the Foundation.
So, if you think a fitness challenge is exactly what you need and you’d like to support a very worthy cause, join our league via the Doddie Aid App.
Its really simple to sign up, just follow these steps:
STEP 1 – Download the Doddie Aid App
STEP 2 – Choose your preferred region – as we’re in England we’ve selected ‘Barbarians’
STEP3 – Search for our league ‘Rocket CRM Rocketeers’ and join us.
STEP 4 – Set your fitness goal – miles or kilometres (you can change this at any time)
STEP 5 – Give your sign-up donation (a suggested £20), and then they’ll ship out your very own Doddie Aid tartan snood.
